  1. Your order will be confirmed after stock verification. If the item is out of stock, delivery will not be possible—-আপনার অর্ডার কনর্ফাম হবে স্টক যাচাইয়ের পর । স্টক না থাকলে ডেলিভারি সম্ভব হবে না ।
  1. Since the product is stitched, no changes to the fabric or design are possible.–যেহেতু সেলাই করা পণ্য, তাই কোনও ধরণের কাপড় বা ডিজাইন পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নয় ।
  1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our products that appear on the website or Online. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/ laptop/ tablet/ hand-held devices/ mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.     🔹 If you wish to exchange the product, you can do so within 3 days by paying the delivery charge— প্রোডাক্ট পরির্বতন করতে চাইলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে করতে পারবেন ।
  1. If purchased Outlet— শোরুম থেকে কিনলে
    We Have No Return Policy but you can change any of our showrooms within 7 days . Must have price tag and memo —আমাদের কোনো রিটার্ন নীতি নেই, তবে আপনি ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের যেকোনো শোরুম থেকে পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। অবশ্যই প্রাইস ট্যাগ এবং মেমো থাকতে হবে।
